Executive Coaching Program Details
While most of our solutions are tailored around the clients need, explained below is the step by step approach that we follow in a broader sense.
Step One: Identifying Leadership Growth Areas (AOIs- Areas of Improvement). This can be done using multiple data points including and not limited to Leader’s self analysis, Supervisor’s inputs, stakeholders feedback, inputs from psychometric assessments, development centres, 360/180 degree feedback etc.
Step Two: 10-12 One on One Coaching Sessions: The leader works with the coach to develop innovative solutions and action steps towards achievement of the goals set in step one above. These sessions are conducted over a period of 6-12 months at regular intervals.
Step Three: Measure the success of the engagement at end of all the stipulated coaching sessions.
