An IITD graduate, Inderjeet is Founder of Grow More Avenues.He is the developer and the lead trainer of the Grow More Coach Model program. He is one of the Marshall Goldsmith’s MG25-India Coaches. He has trained close to 700 professionals to get certified as Grow More Coaches, equipped 1000s of managers and leaders with coaching skills and empowered 100s of people by coaching them to improve their performance and the quality of life.

He enjoys mentoring the budding coaches-people looking at coaching as a profession or as an additional skill set. His simplicity and depth help him connect with everyone at a deeper level.

He is a student and teacher of true values of humanity and believes in working for the greater good.

Gaurima joined the team in 2015 as a multi skilled person and manages various roles such as providing support to the trained coaches in their journey towards ICF Credentials, managing community communications, resource co-ordination, updating content etc.

Before diving into the field of Coaching she successfully ran her counseling practice for many years. She has worked as a Journalist, knowledge management consultant, fund raising consultant for NGO’s and as an educator as well. She loves to read, write and travel.

Lila is a post-graduate in Commerce and MBA in HR with 23 years of experience in service industry and consulting organization focusing on talent acquisition, talent assessment and executive coaching. She has supported thousands of executives in achieving their desired goals in various areas of their life (career/ leadership / personality etc.) with the help of psychometric tools and Coaching processes which has helped her hone her passion and competence as a trusted coach.

At Grow More Avenues, Lila heads the coaching practice vertical which includes coach training programs (ICF Approved Grow More Coach Model and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching), Inhouse coaching skills related programs and coaching services.

She works with strong values of integrity, ethics, commitment and service orientation.

IT & Admin

Tapas has been part of the team from beginning. He manages all the IT, admin and logistics related jobs. He has been responsibly executing plethora of tasks including managing venues, course material, back end operations, supporting Grow More Coach meetups etc. His dedicated,down-to-earth attitude and cheerful persona connects him with one and all.
